All rooms include a 55-inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a minifridge, microwave, and K-Cup coffee maker. Some rooms feature full kitchens, walk-in showers, or in-room soaking tubs.
Private Sugar Sand Beach
The hotel has a 200-foot private sugar sand beach with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas. Guests can use the volleyball net, bocce ball set, and three lakeside gas grills. A beachside gazebo provides a spot to watch sunsets over Old Mission Peninsula. Beach towels are available, and a deli across the street offers meats, seafood, and drinks.

No Bachelor Groups
The Beach Haus Resort does not accept bachelor or bachelorette groups to maintain a quiet atmosphere. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, and gas grills must be turned off by then. The property is smoke-free, including the parking lot and beach area. One parking space per room is provided, with additional parking across US Highway 31.
Guest Services & Policies
Staff assist with luggage, as there is no elevator. Evening chocolate chip cookies are served in the Gathering Room. Visitors must park across US Highway 31. Checkout overstays may incur fees. All guests, including children, must be registered. The hotel does not provide rollaway beds or cribs for safety reasons.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredible with jacuzzi tubs right on the water, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, offering 5-star treatment and convenient laundry services. The location couldn't have been better, situated right on East Traverse Bay with a beautiful sandy waterfront. The dining experience was superb, with included meals that were served perfectly, although the grits could be better. The facilities were outstanding, offering everything I needed for a truly enjoyable stay.
